Postscript to the last letter
I know last week I said “Farewell” abruptly — unlike the Ancient Mariner, I have a horror of consuming another person’s time.
I also know I wickedly ended with a hint concerning an important matter that I’d failed to cover:
I was going to show you how we “diagnose” each window and how we make a simple but effective project plan which doubles as documentation for the client and saves a huge amount of time and money (I wrote).
And I was so desperate to let you go, I didn’t consider how I might be wrong to rush away while also muttering there was so much more I’d meant to say.
Hoping now to put things right, I’ve made two items for you. One of them is a download, the other is a video.
The two items’ contents overlap but each item expresses itself in accordance with its medium.
Until the next time.

Thanks a wonderful detail video, how do you clean the old glass just with plain water or some other liquid or chemicals to remove the old oil, dirt and other impurities. thanks
I know this isn't the point of the PDF tutorial, but I had to laugh when I got to the part about surviving an EMP attack, because for a number of years my actual paying job was...planning how best to conduct an EMP attack, and to defend against one!
